If you are ready to engage in a deep emotional, spiritual, and physical cleanse while connecting with clear and inspired guidance for your path forward, this work is for you.

• This 3 month journey is custom-designed for transformational healing, empowerment and upleveling on all levels of your being.

• We meet 3 times a month for 3 months + 3 check in’s over a combination of in-person, distance and virtual sessions.

• In this sacred container of clear mirroring and heartful accountability, layers are peeled away of what is no longer aligned, creating space for more of your truth, your creativity, your wisdom and your soul’s highest expression to emerge.

• We will work with an integrative fusion of modalities that support your mind, body, heart and spirit. This can include hands-on energy-work and bodywork or distance work, the incredibly rebalancing modality of aroma point therapy, using herbs and essential oils, akashic record and medical intuitive readings and principles of core energetics, to identify and release old behavior patterns and ‘survival strategies’ that are no longer serving.

• You will receive a “Playbook” to help you stay on track with our sessions, journaling prompts and other resources that include audio, video and digital literature.

• I will guide you with  empowering tools and practices for you to reconnect with your birthright– of direct access to your higher self.
