The Relational Sanctuary is a small-group, live gathering devoted to grounded presence and real human connection. This is a space to slow down, arrive in the body, and meet one another honestly — without fixing, performing, or analyzing.
Drawing from Authentic Relating principles, somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, core energetic principles, and relational attunement, we’ll lightly orient to shared agreements and then spend most of our time in simple, experiential connection together. The focus is not on teaching concepts, but on feeling what it’s like to be with ourselves and others in a regulated, respectful field.
This space is especially supportive if you’re craving:
nervous system settling
authentic connection
repair and resonance
being witnessed without pressure to be “better”
Relational Sanctuary is not therapy, and it’s not a training.
It’s a held space to practice being human — together.
Foundations of Connection — 4 Weeks
Over the first four weeks, we explore the foundations of relational awareness through the body.
Each session stands alone, while also building a deeper capacity to stay present with yourself and others.
Week 1 — The Moment of Activation
Awareness & Returning To Presence
We begin by learning to recognize the first signals of activation in the body—
and how to gently slow down and return to presence.
Together, we explore:
what activation feels like in real time
how to track sensation before reaction
how to regulate through breath, body, and awareness
Focus:
Notice activation. Return to presence.
Week 2 — Understanding Charge
Energy, Emotion, and Capacity
We explore what builds inside us when something matters—emotionally and relationally.
This week is about learning to feel intensity without suppressing it or being overwhelmed by it.
Together, we explore:
what “charge” is and how it moves
how to hold energy in the body
how to stay present with emotional intensity
Focus:
Feel the energy without losing yourself.
Week 3 — Staying in Contact
Presence In Connection
We begin to work directly in relationship—
noticing what happens when we move toward or away from connection.
Together, we explore:
patterns of disconnection (withdrawal, defense, performance)
how to stay with yourself while engaging another
how to return when you’ve left
Focus:
Stay with yourself. Stay with the other.
Week 4 — Repair & Integration
Coming Back After Rupture
We normalize rupture as part of being human, and begin to practice repair.
Together, we explore:
how to name impact without blame
how to listen without defense
how to rebuild trust through presence
Focus:
Return. Repair. Reconnect.
You’re welcome to join for a single session or move through all four weeks.
Each class offers a space to slow down, listen, and practice connection in real time.
